This ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT (HVIT) course explores how digital organizations and digital operating models function in high-velocity environments. This module includes working practices such as Agile and Lean and technical practices and technologies such as Cloud, Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Automatic Testing, focusing on rapidly delivering higher quality products & services while maximizing business value.

The course prepares you for the ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT exam, one of five exams needed to achieve ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) Certification.

This course is part of the ITIL Practice Manager Certification course series.

ITIL Specialist High-Velocity IT is aimed at IT managers and practitioners involved in digital services or working in digital transformation projects, working within or towards high-velocity environments.

Before your event, you will be sent an electronic Pre-Course Study Guide and the ITIL 4 High-Velocity IT book, which you should read as part of the 21 hours of personal study.

You will be provided with an exam voucher for each exam and a link to register and schedule your online exam sessions with the PeopleCert web proctoring service. You will take your exams after you have completed your training course.

Visit the PeopleCert website for more information on the logistics of taking your web-proctored exam with PeopleCert.

Once you have ITIL 4 Foundation certification, this course is one of 4 Specialist courses needed to achieve the ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification.

For publicly scheduled course events, Learning Tree will set up the Take2 option for all attendees when we order your exam voucher. If you aren’t successful on your first exam, you will be notified by PeopleCert that you are eligible to register for the exam retake.

Though exam vouchers can cost hundreds, there is no additional cost to you to sign up for the Take2 re-sit program. Take2 is an additional complimentary benefit offered to you by Learning Tree.

Yes, you must re-sit the exam within six months of your initial exam.
