Aligned to M_o_R Practitioner version 4, the course emphasizes risk-informed decision making that both creates and protects value across strategic, portfolio, programme, project, product, and operational levels. Participants will work with realistic scenarios to practice applying principles, perspectives, people considerations, and the full risk management process cycle.
This course prepares attendees for the PRINCE2® Risk Management Practitioner exam, currently titled the Management of Risk (M_o_R®) 4 Practitioner exam, administered by PeopleCert.
