Audience & Prerequisites
Who Should Attend: ServiceNow administrators and consultants who have maintained production ServiceNow systems for six to twelve months and want to deepen their technical administration skills.
Prerequisites: Welcome to ServiceNow; ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (ILT or on-demand). Passing the Certified System Administrator (CSA) exam is strongly recommended. Prior exposure to scripting in ServiceNow is recommended.Certification & Exam Information
