Who Should Attend: Customers, partners, and employees who use or support Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities, including demand, project, program, resource, and portfolio managers; process owners; and technical professionals implementing or administering SPM applications.
Prerequisites: ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals.
Certification & Exam Information
Following completion of the SPM Fundamentals and SPM Implementation courses, ServiceNow recommends at least six months of hands-on ServiceNow experience before attempting the ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management (CIS-SPM) exam.
